James was introduced to LIFE KNOCKS during its conception and eagerly joined the band as lead guitarist for the recording. He has played lead guitar all over the East Coast in numerous rock and roll bands and rhythm and blues bands. He also is a costume designer and make-up artist. James has studied martial arts for many years and is a certified black belt. He has an extensive collection of guitars.
